A Word about Pricing
Before you
look at the price below and determine that another cabin is a few
dollars cheaper elsewhere, be sure to make an apples to apples
comparison. It is a common practice to add an additional charge for
cleaning, linens, making reservations, and other items you may not have
thought about. We do not charge those fees, but provide a simple
price structure of a base rate for 2 adults, and a daily rate for
additional adults and children. The only thing we add are the
government required sales and lodging taxes.
We believe
the value for your dollar is very high at Pioneer Cabins and Guest Farm,
as we have great views, well maintained cabins, free activities (pony
ride, petting farm, a summer garden for customer to pick vegetables,
hiking trails, free internet access at the office, free movie rental)
and friendly on-site owners who pay attention to detail and service.
Pricing
Prices
range from $95 to $175 for two adults. Additional adults are $12 per
person per night, while children, ages 2 to 17, are $6 per person, per
night. There is no charge for infants under 24 months old. Prices
include all farm activities. Prices vary per cabin and per season of the
year. Extended stay discounts are provided. There are no
additional fees, such as cleaning fees, reservation fees, or any other
fees that some of our competitors charge. |

Extended Stay
Discounts
Rates are 10% less
with a stay of 6 nights or more (7 nights in June and July);
Rates are 20% less with a
stay of 13 nights or more.
Rates are 30% less
with a stay of 30 consecutive nights or more, and no lodging
taxes are charged for a stay of 30 consecutive nights or more, saving
you an additional 4% in taxes!
However,
there are no Extended Stay Discounts
during holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years) or during the month of October. |

Winter Special Offer
Stay 3 consecutive nights and receive a
10% discount.
Stay 6 consecutive nights and
receive a 20% discount!
The Winter Special is available Jan 6-Mar 14, 2008.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
There is a two night minimum at all cabins
(except Wranglers Den and Thunder Ridge which have a three night
minimum). There is a three night minimum for all cabins for Memorial
Day, Labor Day, and during the entire month of October. There is a four
night minimum for Independence Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas, and New Years). A deposit
is required at the time of booking for 1/3 the total amount or $100
minimum (whichever is greater). |

CANCELLATIONS are
accepted with a minimum of two weeks notice for a full refund, less a
$25 processing fee. Cancellations received less than two weeks* in
advance of your planned arrival will be charged the amount of the
deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the room to another customer.
There are no refunds for early departures or changes in dates of stay
with less than two weeks notice. *Multiple
cabin rentals
require the balance paid and cancellation notice 45 days in advance, and
the processing fee is $25 per cabin.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
Check in time
is between 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Check out
time is by 11:00 a.m.
on the day of departure. Accommodations can be
made for late check in.
