A Word about Pricing

Before you look at the price below and determine that another cabin is a few dollars cheaper elsewhere, be sure to make an apples to apples comparison.  It is a common practice to add an additional charge for cleaning, linens, making reservations and other items you may not have thought about.  We do not charge those fees, but provide a simple price structure of a base rate for 2 adults, and a daily rate for additional adults and children.  The only thing we add are the government required sales and lodging taxes.

We believe the value for your dollar is very high at Pioneer Cabins and Guest Farm, as we have great views, well maintained cabins, free activities (pony ride, petting farm, a summer garden for customer to pick vegetables, hiking trails, free internet access at the office, free movie rental) and friendly on-site owners who pay attention to detail and service.

Pricing
Prices range from $110 to $178 for two adults. Additional adults are $12 per person per night, while children, ages 2 to 17, are $8 per person, per night. There is no charge for infants under 24 months old. Prices include all farm activities. Prices vary per cabin and per season of the year. Extended stay discounts are provided.  There are no additional fees, such as cleaning fees, reservation fees, or any other fees that some of our competitors charge.  

All prices are subject to 9.25% sales tax and 5% lodging tax (14.25% total).  

Extended Stay Discounts
Rates are 10% less with a stay of 6 nights or more;

Rates are 20% less with a stay of 12 nights or more.  

Rates are 30% less with a stay of 30 consecutive nights or more, and no lodging taxes are charged for a stay of 30 consecutive nights or more, saving you an additional 5% in taxes!

However, there are no Extended Stay Discounts during holidays (Valentines Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years or during the month of October.

Winter Special:  Available Jan 3 – February 9 and February 15 – March 8

Rates are 15% less with a stay of 3 nights or more;

Rates are 30% less with a stay of 6 nights or more.  

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
There is a two night minimum at all cabins (except Wranglers Den and Thunder Ridge which have a three night minimum). There is a three night minimum for all cabins for Memorial Day, Labor Day, and during the entire month of October. There is a four night minimum for Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years).  A deposit is required at the time of booking for 1/3 the total amount or $100 minimum (whichever is greater).

CANCELLATIONS are accepted with a minimum of two weeks notice for a full refund, less a $30 processing fee.  Cancellations received less than two weeks* in advance of your planned arrival will be charged the amount of the deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the room to another customer. There are no refunds for early departures or changes in dates of stay with less than two weeks* notice.

*The cancellation notice period for Wrangler’s Den, Thunder Ridge, and Multiple cabin rentals is 45 days in advance, and the processing fee is $30 per cabin in the case of multiple cabin reservations.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE

Check in time is between 3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  Check out time is by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.  Accommodations can be made for late check in.
